Question architecture

Nine question types that do different jobs.

A long FAQ is not automatically complete. Coverage improves when each question has a distinct purpose.

Understand

Definition explains what the subject is. Fit says who it serves and who it does not. These questions orient a reader before detail.

Use

Process explains sequence. Requirements lists prerequisites. Timing separates official processing information from a rough estimate.

Decide

Cost drivers explain what changes price without inventing a quote. Comparison uses the same dimensions for both options. Limits says what the answer cannot establish. Next step points to the exact check a reader should make.

The architect selects from these patterns. Edit the wording so it sounds natural for the actual reader and subject.
